He was known for 'failing' to complete transfigurations of animals into pincushions and generally torturing things like mice. He was rather a bully, but was generally subtle in his overt attacks, but would always find ways to mock nonSlytherins. He dated a fellow Slytherin girl, Bethany, for a couple years, breaking up shortly before they both finished at Hogwarts. Historical Notes - Family: His father was killed in an ‘accident’ - an ingredient in his home-potions lab was tainted, causing an explosion. There is some suspicion that it was not an accident - though this has never been substantiated in any way. Mere months after Ciam's death, Evan's mother Penelope remarried to of all people, a man of mixed blood. This has caused some amount of social scandal and Penelope has been cut from many of her former social circles. In the last year however, she and her husband were killed by Deatheaters in the family's home. Although for years, Evan actively insuled his mother and stepfather, since her death, he has begun revisionist history, speaking of his mother as a weak woman broken after his father's death. He is completely intolerant of even the hint of an insult to the Rosier name. He refuses all association with his mother’s second husband.
